Tenet 4: Respect – Open for Comment
Service providers of speech-to-text services are expected to be professional in their demeanor, speech, and appearance. One provider’s behavior can impact other providers, clients, consumers, and employers alike. For that reason, the fourth tenet of ATSP’s Code of Professional Conduct establishes guidelines as to what is both acceptable and expected in the role of service provider.
The fourth section of the ATSP Code of Professional Conduct is now available for public comment.
Accessible versions of the ATSP Code of Conduct are available by request.
