-develop a thorough understanding of the scheduling software program.
-develop an understanding of all related software including StreamText.
-troubleshoot connectivity issues with audio, StreamText, and other issues that hinder connectivity.
-aid and setup of connectivity and software testing to writer or client or both.
-manage ACS Info e-mail as needed.
-schedule “jobs” and assign writers to “jobs.”
-develop the ability to gather prep materials and job details from clients.
-develop positive relationships with writers, clients and co-workers.
-develop understanding of workflow and daily tasks.
-provide demonstrations of services when needed.
-contribute to the overall fabric of ACS.
-develop the capacity to supervise others in customer service.
-be a positive first point of contact for those contacting ACS.
-be confident in abilities to meet needs of clients.
-communicate effectively with co-workers, clients and writers.
-transfer newly learned knowledge to multiple applications.
-react quickly to “emergency” issues by prioritizing multiple tasks.
-manage 200-300 daily e-mails effectively.
-take ownership of e-mails that you have “touched.”
-other duties as mutually agreed upon and needed.
